30-Day Refund Policy for California Insurance Products

This refund policy applies to California Life, Accident & Health Insurance Exam Ready Package.

LearnCycle provides a full refund for eligible California insurance products under the conditions below.

LearnCycle will provide a full refund of the amount paid for this eligible California insurance product when both conditions are satisfied:

1. LearnCycle receives the request within thirty (30) calendar days after the original purchase date.
2. The learner has not completed any course included with the purchase.

This policy applies to the California 12-Hour Ethics & Insurance Code Pre-Licensing course and the three California Insurance Exam Ready packages. Completing any course included with a purchase ends refund eligibility for that entire purchase.

Eligibility Rules

1. Full refund within 30 days if no included course is completed. Refund 100% of the amount paid if within 30 days of purchase and you have not completed any included course. Access is revoked when the refund is processed.

If your purchase does not qualify under one of the eligibility rules above, it is not eligible for a refund under this policy.

Processing

Requests must be sent to support@learncycle.com from the email address associated with the account. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, and access to every component of the refunded product will be revoked.

The mandatory California completion reporting and processing fee is included in the amount paid. It is refundable only while this policy's conditions are satisfied; after an included course is completed, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds may be denied for fraud, chargeback abuse, or material violations of the Terms, subject to applicable law. The refund policy in effect at purchase governs that purchase.
