Complete California’s required 12 hours of study on Ethics and the California Insurance Code online and at your own pace. Course tuition is $0. A mandatory $12 reporting and processing fee is charged at enrollment to cover third-party completion reporting and LearnCycle’s reporting administration. This CDI-approved prelicensing course includes the required insurance-fraud instruction and applies to eligible Life, Accident and Health or Sickness, Property, Casualty, and Personal Lines license applicants.
