Approved Proctors for the New York 77-Hour Real Estate Salesperson Qualifying Course

This directory supports the approved in-person proctor path for the required course final exam. Many public libraries provide proctoring at no cost, though availability and fees vary by location. Remote proctoring from home is also available through Finish From Home and License & Launch.

If you choose an in-person proctor:

  • Contact one of the approved third-party proctors listed below to arrange your course final exam.
  • Confirm that the proctor has LearnCycle's proctor password, which they will enter to give you access to the exam after checking your ID.
  • Bring a valid government-issued photo ID to the proctoring location.
  • A calculator is not needed for the final exam.
